RESEARCH SUMMARY

 

I am interested in elucidating the role of microtubules and associated motor proteins, during epithelial homeostasis in the developing wing disc. In order to accomplish this, I am utilizing a combination of techniques, including RNAi and CRISPR directed toward genes associated with these microtubules to uncover novel functions.
