José Fabricio López Hernández

Predoctoral Researcher

My name is Jose Fabricio López Hernández and my friends and colleagues call me Fibo. I studied genomic sciences at the National Autonomous University of Mexico in Cuernavaca, earning a B.S., then completed the master’s program in bioinformatics, biostatistics, and cellular differentiation at CINVESTAV in Irapuato, Mexico, in 2015. I started the PhD program at the Graduate School of the Stowers Institute in 2016 and joined the Zanders lab in June 2017. My interests are related to data analysis, high throughput experiments, and applied mathematics. I enjoy sharing time with my friends, painting, playing soccer, and writing short stories.
